small claims, you know someone in your shoes should then sue OFCOM for providing a unsuitable service as a public body, OFCOM fail to regulate the telecoms market & pass all regulation matters to 3rd parties companies ( badged as ADR's ) the whole consumer/OFCOM ( regulator my bottom ) affair is an absolute sham
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

For over a year, BT have been charging me (and taking money every month out of my account) for a service I have NEVER had (i.e. BT Caller Display).

Otelo asked them to remedy this as part of their Final Decision to BT
I assume BT are abusing a direct debit agreement they have with you. If this is the case can't you contact your bank. I'm not sure if the direct debit guarantee would cover this type of unauthorized debiting.

Thanks All, the latest is that I complained again to Otelo and BT, and BT acknowledge that they are still making mistakes and have compensated me for 6 months over-charging (i.e. after Otelos Final Decision), with a cheque for £25. I think this is insulting - and of course, I still do not know whether the problems have been resolved. I'll only know the next time I receive my bill....
