it threw it down but we still had a brilliant time. we bought fast track tickets £8 extra, but its less than ten minutes queing and if they mark it lightly you can rub it off and use it again.

I know they are usually on cereal boxes & things.

Thought I'd start a thread trying to find all the ones around at the moment.

I have seen Alton Towers ones on Kellogs Boxes.

    Anyone know of any others?

I'm looking for one for Thorpe Park.

    Thanks

  • 365tickets.com have some good half term offers for Alton Towers and Thorpe Park - just bought a ticket for my fella to go to Thorpe on Sunday (I have an annual pass ;)) for £15 and that includes a return visit that he plans to use on the day of the new ride opening in March. Alton have a similar offer (2 visits before June, one has to be half term) on the same site for £13.50. They're having a new Sea Life centre this year, to be included in the price of a standard ticket, so a visit later in the year will mean you can experience that too. Note that 365tickets provide PrintAndGo tickets so remember your credit card on the day to prove you purchased them. Also note, some exclusions apply to when you can make your return visit, check the website before booking, and not all rides will be open over half term.

Just a note about Merlin Annual Passes, especially if your buying Tesco vouchers from ebay, the price has gone up for 2009 and so you need £31.25 in vouchers now.

And if anyone pre-booked Camelot tickets for the 2009 season, its unlikely you'll be able to use them as Camelot went into receivership last week and it doesn't look like they will be opening for 2009. However, Alton Towers have a free ticket exchange offer for those unlucky folk (click here)

One piece of negative Alton Towers news - the main carpark charge is set to rise to £5 this year. So make sure you have 5 £1 coins handy! This is waived if you have an annual pass.

    (Can't you tell I'm a theme park nutcase :P)
  • Has anyone seen any BOGOF offers for Alton Towers which will be valid for the Easter bank holiday weekend? I need 4 adult tickets as the kids are no longer kids :(

Work has a corporate deal which gets us £36 tickets for £22 as advanced purchase but I recall when some friends went last summer with BOGOF coupons, it was still cheaper.

    Any help appreciated!
  • i would like a BOGOF deal aswell for alton towers, want to go in the easter term holiday. any deals or promotions on products or items?
