I saved the tokens from the Sun newspaper the other month, offering two free tickets to Alton Towers.
It gave you a selection of dates, ie, first choice, second choice etc, it also should you the dates of the month, for example, may 2nd to may 24th, so I naturally assumed that it would cover those 3 weeks.

So I put in my first choice, but ended up with fourth choice, and to make matters worse you can only go on the date that is shown on the ticket, so we ended up with 19/6/08, that is the only day we can go and use these tickets.

They are no good to us, so might have a look on ebay and see if anyone wants them.

I feel this was a con in a way, dont get me wrong 2 free tickets is great, but it was very misleading regarding the dates.

    See if you can swap them here;

Pay for 1 ticket and get a 2nd free. When you purchase one individual adult ticket (paying the full day rate). Choose from Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Madame Tussauds London or Warwick Castle.

Voucher entitles 1 free entry with 1 individual paying the full adult day rate.
    1 voucher per transaction.
Cannot be used with any offer, discount or with advanced bookings.
No cash alternative offered. Photocopied vouchers not accepted.
    Admission prices subject to change.
    Valid until 30 September 2007.
Terms and entry conditions at the attractions apply.

Sky perks have a similar offer at the moment, how strict are they on the 1 voucher per transaction at Legoland? Will we have to go through seperately?:o
  • I just spotted "Kids Go Free" on So Good soya that I buy for my daughter - there are 3 vouchers on it and each one can get a child in free to Alton Towers, Chessington, Legoland & Sealife.

At only just over £1.00 for a carton its got to be worth it and they are valid until the end of August so I can save them up to use throughout the summer.

    Hope this helps someone.

I noticed that the Gifts section of Asda.com is offering tickets to Alton towers at nearly half price of the gate price!!

Adult ticket is £18 - £34 on the gate and kids at £16 - £24 on the gate

They have other theme park offers too, but that looks about the best one

    There is better http://www.raring2go.co.uk/uploads/nationals/Raring2go%20Alton%20Jan%2008.pdf
£16 for adults and £11 for children : valid for 2 adults and 2 kids
  • Just been to Tesco spent over £10 and was given a Free voucher that can be used on days out at the following attractions, Alton Towers, Chessington, The Dungeons, Madame Tussauds, Sea Life, Thorpe Park, Warwick Castle and other places.

However, you have to buy one full price ticket, but show the voucher and you get somone else in for free - so it is basically a BOGOF - well worth it if you shop in Tesco, and have a Clubcard.

    Offer valid from 12 May - 31st October 2008.

Does anyone know of any offers for Camelot Theme Park? It is one place in the North West we haven't been to yet so it will be nice for our girls to go!
    Thanks.
