Hi,
I need to know if there are any free software I can download to use with photographs. The main thing I would like to do is change the background.
Also are there any good online photo developing website?
Many thanks all

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
Crops up several times a week, do a search on the forum for advice. Paint.net, The Gimp, or Photoshop Express are my top 3.0

Hello
Try "PhotoFiltre" or "Picnik" both free and both very good.
