Switch from Prepaid meter?

We are currently with SWALEC for our gas and electric,
And have heard that you get shafted for using a pre paid meter compared to a quaterly bill?
we spend about
£10 elec a week
£6 gas
i have read somewhere that Ebico charge the same for prepaid customers as they do for their quaterly billed customers but what are their rates like is it worth switching do you think?
