Proof of savings in icesave question

I have a question? I tried to make a bacs transfer out of icesave of my isa and tried to close my account just before it went under. While the money was in transit the bank went down and the money never got transferred into my lloyds current account. When i logged into my accounts it is showing i have no money in icesave isa as it is presumably still in transit. How can i prove i had money in icesave isa account when nothing is showing on the screen. Wouldn't i will need to print off a copy of what's in my account and send it off to show proof of funds.

It may take a while to get through but why not contact icesave and ask them for some sort of record of your transaction, im sure they would help you.
I know it sounds a it to rational in this not so rational stuation but thats what id do. Even if i had to hold all day to get through to them.0 -
Can you still view your ISA account? If so print off the full statement (not just balance) showing the transfer out. That plus your Lloyds statement showing it never arrived should be fine.
However if you can't view the account then you'll have to ring Icesave and ask them to reinstate it.0
