The american online consultant people have the winter catalogue on their websites - now I might have spoilt it for myself as Im guessing some of the stuff will be the same, but I wanted to see what the bits on the consultant order were to see if I liked them before I brought them. I'm going to see a possible new sponsor on Monday and I'll be doing her starter show for her (this will be my first proper sponsor). Do I get the commisson and she's the same as a hostess, or does it count towards her 1st £300, but I earn a perentage of that? Am I supposed to wait for her to get her kit first?

I'm a bit confused!

Liz you will get a £20 gift voucher once her paperwork goes off. If she bonuses in the first month you get an extra £80 gift voucher.

The starter party you do not earn anything on.

I have done most my starters parties with their own kit but one I did with my kit as hers hadnt arrived yet.

Think so.

Does it mean that she will pay for her kit with subsequent parties? And do I only get the voucher once she qualifies?

The party counts towards the £300 needed to clear the kit, she wont get hostess credit on the party but if the party does over £300 then she can buy extra bits for her kit so say she does £340 she can order £40 of products to add to her kit! If she doesnt clear her kit then she will just not earn at parties till she has. Think it took me a couple of parties. You are meant to get your first £20 once she has cleared her kit but my last starter I got the voucher before she cleared her kit. The rest you only get if she bonuses in the first business month. This can be anything up to nearly two months depending on when the paperwork gets to head office. If its received from the 2nd of the month onwards you have that month and the next to be your first business month.

I know she wants me to do the starter party, but should I get her signed up and wait for her kit to arrive, then use that?

With the kit you can either get her to sign the paperwork on Monday so that she can get her kit delivered direct to her so she can have a play with it before her starter party, alternatively you can get the kit sent to you and then she signs the paperwork when you hand it over on the night of her starter party.
