Total spend including electricity(!) probably per lunch - 25 pence.
I spend very little on my pack lunch.
A salad of spicy salad leaves, chillis & tomatoes from my garden followed by homemade leek and potato soup. Again, home grown veg.
As a sweet end to my lunch I have a muffin. I collected apples from my tree and along with blackberries I collected and froze back in September I made a batch of apple and blackberry muffins. couple of pennies per muffin! I make a big batch in one go and freeze them.
Beat this...and it's SO satisfying to eat homegrown/made food.:T0 -

Either sandwiches (HM bread) or HM soup.
