I work shifts with very irregular meal times. I recon I spend between 2 and 4 quid. Sometimes taking a packed lunch and occasionally buying whilst out on the road. My wife and I are getting more used to making bigger batches of our favourite things on days off so as to make packed lunches more attractive and avoid the sandwich shop rip-offs!:j0

I spend £5 most days.
I was spending £1.70 on porridge in the morning too, but have just bought a flask and am taking it in that.
Need a lunchbox to start making lunch!0 -

I'm a housewife and so frequently eat leftovers for lunch. I do send a lunch with my husband each day to work. We went from spending £20 + a week to about £6 a week. Not only saving money, but he's eating healthier too.Take the first step.
Even if you cannot see the whole staircase,
Just take the first step.
