  • I always take a packed lunch probably spend £1 or so on it
  • I work shifts with very irregular meal times. I recon I spend between 2 and 4 quid. Sometimes taking a packed lunch and occasionally buying whilst out on the road. My wife and I are getting more used to making bigger batches of our favourite things on days off so as to make packed lunches more attractive and avoid the sandwich shop rip-offs!:j

I spend between £1-2.50 as I mostly take a packed lunch to uni, but I will sometimes treat myself to a nice cake or chocolate bar from the cafe there.

50p per person is my budget for lunch. I'm nearly always under it (at home generally). Harder to stick to 50p for the rest of the family though.
    On a mission.
  • I really want to change...

    I spend £5 most days.

I was spending £1.70 on porridge in the morning too, but have just bought a flask and am taking it in that.

Need a lunchbox to start making lunch!
  • I take my lunch every day, but just throw it into a plastic bag.
    It probably costs about £3.00

    Thanks
  • I'm a housewife and so frequently eat leftovers for lunch. I do send a lunch with my husband each day to work. We went from spending £20 + a week to about £6 a week. Not only saving money, but he's eating healthier too.
    Take the first step.
Even if you cannot see the whole staircase,
    Just take the first step.
