I have been having a mixed salad every day - homemade, not sure about the cost, probably about £2. with winter coming on I shall go for soup on really cold days, homemade when I have time (or no money :mad:)

Probably about £1.00 - I tend to eat fruit for lunch. However, I do have a desk drawer full of nuts and seeds, and other less salubrious foodstuffs, so the ctual figure is likely to be somewhat higher.
