About £1 a day as i cook a proper meal the night before to have for lunch the following day. There are many jealous colleagues of my culinery skills.

I used to spend £3-4 pounds per day on lunch. But now take make my own at a cost of less than a £1.

Depends, most of the time I have a home packed lunch, sandwiches with filling, probably £1 or so. But I do sometimes eat at work costing anything from £3 -> £5 depending work sandwiches or cooked food
