I try to take a packed lunch, so this would come in really handy! I probably spend around £1 - £1.50 depending on the contents - probably nearer £1.50 if you include the cost of a yogurt and perhaps a bag of crisps.
If I have something from the canteen at work or eat out at lunch (around once or twice a month), it can be anything from £1.50 - £6, which is why I try to take pack up!

I spend approx £1.20 each day but I have paid that in my main shopping bill and then I take it from home -Wins in 2009: 2 Lipsticks, personalised kids CD and Lewis series 3 on DVD.

I spend about £1.50 per day. Make my own lunch but reckon that is the average cost over the week.0

I'm lucky as I'm a spoilt housewife, and my husband comes home for lunch so it only cost's us about £2 a day for our lunch.
Our children have schools dinners so that cost about £4.50 a day for the both of them but they get a hot meal for that so I don't mind paying, especially in the winter months.0 -
Probably £1 as I make my lunch at home and take it with me!What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

What a great idea and what a fabulously useful and very MSE lunch box this is!
I think I spend approximately £1 on my lunch each day. I make home-made soups, which I make in bulk and freeze and heat up at work, and I have Ryvita with smooth cream cheese along with a banana and an apple. I love the fact that it's healthy, convenient, tasty and cheap. I imagine I could easily spend £4 to £5 if I were to buy a sandwich, fruit and drink from a shop each day.Thrilled to be DEBT-FREE as of 26.03.10

Boots meal deal £2.99. Great value if you get a triple sandwich pack because then you can share with a friend. Also get choccy bar and a drink.
If they still doing the offer of buy 4 in a month and get the next one free, then it is an even better offer. Mmmmm0 -
I would spend an honest £1 on a work day!
More at weekends though...;)0
