if i bring my own into work then i would say between £1 and £2 though if i buy lunch out i would say £10 if i am going to a pub with friends (i am in london)

Well as a mum my life seems to revolve around lunchboxes - so this would be so useful. I tend to snack on the left overs from the lunch box packing so I would say about 50p in true cost - but most people would probably bin it!
