I make my own sandwiches, but do occasionally have crisps or chocolate from the machine, so I'll say about £1.20.

I probably spend roughly 50p-£1 on the ingredients to my packed lunch - sometimes less and sometimes a bit more. I was raised on packed lunches and idea of forking out a fiver every single day on lunch is absolutely absurd and budget-breaking! I do splurge once a week and treat myself to a 'bought' lunch, but even then I try and find the cheapest sandwich or get a Sub of the Day from Subway or something similar in order to keep the meal under £3.

Make my own so less than a pound per day. Also buy a 5 pack of bagels on the way into work on a Monday and have one of them a day.
  • £3-£5 usually
It,s a packed lunch so flask would be useful for soups, Usually take salad or pasta in lunch box
  • I spend nothing - I work from home and just finish off the left overs from the rest of the family!
