Working in London - try to bring food in every day so about £2, or £4 on the days when I have to buy something...
  • Lunch costs between £2.80 and £3.50 per day,

    Regards

    Sue
  • Around 80p - £1.40 each for five of us - always packed lunches.
  • I used to spend up to £6 per day on lunch when I lived in London and was surrounded by amazing food.

I now work from home and usually have leftovers from dinner the night before so I guess it costs between 50p and £1.

My girlfriend spends about £2.50 to £3 in the canteen, £15/week so we need to reduce that.
  • From £1.50 on a treat day otherwise chunky homemade soups (est cost from 25p-75p dependent on ingredients)!
  • When I do a packed lunch it costs about £1.50 per person
  • I eat at my works canteen, usually around £2 / day, not bad for a hot meal!

Nothing of course!! I make it at home and take it in!!
  • I spend less than £1 a day on packed lunches.
I always cook a bit extra for the main meal the previous evening and have that again for lunch the next day so always home made which makes it cheaper!!
