Hi
Spend about £1 per day on packed lunch on average by taking sandwiches etc from home0 -
Ooh fab would love to win this, I would say we spend about £1.50 a day between us for mine and the others lunch - we bring sandwiches from home, or leftovers from the previous nights tea.Debts May 09 [strike]£100 Od[/strike], [strike]£1550 boiler[/strike], [strike]£1750[/strike] £400 credit card  Goal - to 3k of savings by Oct 2009 in time for Baby num 2 :j Total so far £12000

I usually take my own sandwich or a boxed salad from home. Occasionally I will have soup from the regular "buy 3 pay for 2" offers in the supermarket. I also take several pieces of fresh fruit to "graze" upon during the day, especially mid morning, which helps towards my five a day.
Difficult to calculate but I reckon it probably costs me around £1.50 a day all told.0 -
I was spending about £3.50 a day in our local kiosk, but now I take a pack up. Much cheaper! I only buy a cup of tea about mid-morning now.0

I alway make mine at home and would cost no more than £10

I'm unfortunate enough to work on the same corridor as the canteen. So sometimes I buy b/fast too cos I can't resist the smell of bacon butties coming through. Mondays are the worst as everyone seems to order all the nice smelling food.
I used to do my own sandwiches but found that I was spending way too much time in the kitchen rather than studying. I read here somewhere that you can kind of prepare them in batches and then freeze it, I think I will do that - just not use lettuce on them.
Anyways, I really want this prize! Specially something to put my oat soup in & take to work!Absolutely desperate to buy my own house/flat. Living in rented bedrooms for the past 9 years is not fun.0 -
I take a packed lunch every day so no mor than a £1 a day.0

Less than £2 a day on average - did I win something?0

I reckon that I spend less than £2 as I tend to make my own lunches, but occasionally will bu a Boots meal deal.0

Hi,
I'd love one of these - depending on time of year ( I grow my own salad leaves, etc ) I spend between 50p and £1.50.0
