  • If I'm organised enough to bring in my lunch, I can do some delicious things for about 50p. Normally I fail to do that though, and with no cantine and working in the city centre, I'd do well to buy lunch for less than about £3.50 - I normally don't do too much more than that, though.

    I spend between £2 and £3 pounds per day minimum, and somedays £4 plus on coffee. (Thats 2 cups/mugs!)
  • I will either munch on yesterdays leftovers :) Or i tend to have a sandwich and a packet of crisps, if i am hungry. Somedays i dont do lunch, it depends how much time i have.

    So i would say £1 or less

  • I always take food with me (healthier and cheaper), and ring the changes between sandwich/soup/salad/couscous. I recken this casts me c. 75p a day.:money:

    This sounds just what I need to cheer me up on these long winter days. I always take a packed lunch with me to work, and I think it probably costs me around £1 a day, depending on my sandwiches or quiche or wraps etc.
    Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

  • i soend at least £5/day. Then, of course, add dinner to that. This time last year I was very good at cooking my own but slowly slipped into bad ways.
