    I have three children under 5 and they all have lunch at home. I also make something for my husband as he also comes in for lunch so I probably spend around £3.00 to £3.50 per day on this alone. There usually is some waste though from the kids which is unavoidable.:confused:

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    I reckon approx £3.50 - i make a meal which serves 8 (eg shepherds pie) split it into portions and freeze and take one to work each day - the rest is fruit - a banana, apple, 3 satsumas and some melon and pineapple.

    Reckon its healthy and economical but i could do with a new lunch box etc.

    £1 if its food at home or brought from home £4ish if i eat out

    I spend around £3.50 a day x 5 days = too much (especially as I do packed luches for the kids! :eek: :eek:
