  • £1-3 depending if I make them myself or buy them in work
  • I spend 80p to a £1. One sandwich (eg. cheese& tomato). Cake, fruit, and flask of coffee.

    Keep up the good work.
    :T
  • :money: i spend approx £2.00 per day , but depends on where i am working
  • I used to eat in the staff canteen everyday until about a year ago when the prices started to go up and the portion size went down correspondingly at which point i found myself constantly grumbling about what poor value for money it was at around £3 per day.

Now i mainly take a packed lunch of sarnies and fruit (estimate £1 per day) but if i'm up late and dont have time to make them then i have a stash of cereal and dried fruits as an emergency. I'm so fussy about what tea I drink that i've always taken my own tea bags!

I'd love to win one of these, but wish everyone good luck
  • My two children and i mostly have lunch at home so wouldn't think it comes to anymore than about 75p each if my 3 year old son stays for luch at his pre school it then costs £2.50 and I have to provide the lunch as well. My husband mainly takes a pack lunch which probably works out at about £1 per day.:j
  • I probably spend a minimum of £3 a day on lunches - not good huh?!
    That's why I should get a lunchbox :p
Come on little computer program, pick me!!!!
  • I spend £5.23 per day on a salad, bag of crisp, eccles cake and a bottle of lucozade. A grand total of £26.15 per week or £1229 a year if I disclude holidays.

Packed lunches for 3 of us cost approx £15 per week, so £1 a day - and thats with meat or cheese, salad, fruit, yoghurt and snacks - the best bit according to our 9 year old!
  • I spend about £2.00 a day.
