I spend about £1 a day including a drink. I did make my friend a packed lunch too, to prove I could make her a good healthy lunch for £1, but she won't carry on and make them herself, sigh!0

Probably about £1 or less a day - I make my own lunch to take to work every day. It's cheaper and often healthier than what's available in the shops.0

I have soup everyday which is approx £1.10 a day. My husband doesn't always take his own though and can spend anything up to £5 a day! I have two kids and I would say that their lunch wouldn't be anymore than £1 each per day.0
