  • Both my daughter and I have pack up's so I think we spend on average £1.60 per day based on a 5 day week.
  • £1 or so if I take my own sandwiches and fruit or can be as much as £5 if I am running late and need to get something in central London where I work - I make sure that happens less than a handful of times in a year though!!:j
  • Hi I normally spend about £4 on lunch, but thats staff discounted, would normally be about £6
  • I spend about £2 a day on lunch as i but from the colleague canteen.

    Thanks
  • Hi
I think I probably spend between £3.50 and £5 on lunch every day I'm at work
  • I have 1 or 2 meals a day, so try to keep my daily spend on food below £1 - and I still need to lose some weight !

My wife and I have become predominantly vegetarian, and it has been good for us both health and wealth wise !

The flask and containers would be useful for us as we could use the flask to take hot food (soups, rice/veg) and the containers for fruit or other items.

Hope to be growing more food next year and have a go at doing some wine and beer possibly ! I see so many gardens where fruit goes to waste - apples, pears, plums...
