I am very lucky that I have the opportunity to be a guest diner at a realistic working environment for the chef students during their training phases.
On the other days when there is no training meals available I spend about 80p a day. This is because I make my own bread at a cost of 40p a loaf (I buy the damaged packets of flour from supermarkets which is considerably less than the full price) other wise its about 60p a loaf and I can get a whole weeks worth of sandwiches from this.0
