Is it safe yet to transfer from Kaupthing Edge

Can anybody please tell me is it safe yet to withdraw funds from Kaupthing Edge yet? I did a transfer on the 10th Oct via Bacs, money has still not arrived at nominated account.
I phoned K/E this afternoon and they informed me there are no problems transferring money. I don't believe them, especially as so many people are still waiting for monies to arrive.
Don't want to risk transferring anymore more if its going to disappear into the ether.

I initiated a transfer of £15000 on October 9th and it hit my bank account on friday 17th Oct..

Sorry but a not very large BACS transfer out which I initiated last week, 14th or maybe 15th Oct has not yet arrived - just checked Mon 20th 4.50pm.0
