Egg introductory offer

My six-month higher interest introductory period with Egg is about to expire. Can I close my Egg and open a new one with Egg, thus getting a new introductory offer?
If not, where should I move my money to get the best interest rate without tying it up, Bradford & Bingley perhaps?
Many thanks

Once it has opened, transfer your money from your old savings to your new (under One Off Transfers), then contact customer services by secure e-mail (within Egg) and cancel the old account.
