Kaupthing Edge/ING double CHAPS fee

As mentioned in the other KE thread, I have been charged double for a CHAPS transfer from KE to Barclays. The amount transferred had the £20 fee deducted. My KE balance also had £20 deducted resulting in a total charge of £40. To rub salt into the wound, the CHAPS transfer took 12 days, so I will be expecting both fees to be refunded.
