Hi there,
I have no idea what im looking at all i know is im looking for a portable external hard drive i want one which is 1tb any ideas on whats best or where to get one i only wanna spend between £80 and no more than £120

I would recommend Hitachi, followed closely by Western Digital (often abbreviated WD).
