Siemans Landis & Staefa RWB2E-No Central Heating

We have the Landis & Staefa RBW2E programmer for out hot water and central heating. The hot water is working fine, but, although the light comes on when we push the central heating control over, it is just not coming on. All the radiators seem fine, and the thermostat is turned up. We put it on about two weeks ago and it was working just fine.
Does anyone know if theres anything we can try, before having to call a plumber out.
Thank for any advice.

The LED on your programmer does not turn your heating or boiler on. Your motorised valve does that and this is almost certainly where the problem is.
If you operate the manual override actuator (lever) when the hot water is on, you will find that the radiators will come on, but this just a temporary stopgap.0 -
Could just be the pump sticking if its an and older type conventional system and not a fully pumped one.0

Thanks for your responses,
Where will I find the manual override actuator
lever, so I can give it a go?
If its the pump sticking, is there anything I can do to it?
The house is 8 years old. The boiler is an Ideal Classic (LXFF 230-280) (FF230-2 100)
Thanks for you help.0 -

It is not the pump, it is the motorised valve. Find it, find the lever, operate it to it's maximum extent and hook it over the catch - this only works for some MVs by the way.0
