Anybody help me with Auctiva scheduling please ? - just cant seem to get it !

problem is default time is an hour or so behind real time - and when i make the schedule 3mins ahead of real time ( to test it out ) - nothing ! - even 3 mins a head of the default time - nothing !!0

I'm the worst person in the world to help with Auctiva, although I use it I still haven't a clue what it is doing half the time.
However, I noticed I was an hour adrfit on my new account and I found something in my account about time zones and I hadn't ticked the 'adjust for daylight savings' box..and that cured it. The problem is I can't find out where I did it ..I just find Auctiva the most un user friendly process I have ever come across.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
