Been following the paperticket thread. I am down £335 for killers tickets -lesson learned, never buy in a hurry for a desperate teenager! I have been informed this morning that AllCharge,who are doing their transactions, will simply refund my money. bought on credit card so torn wether to go down consumer act section 75 route or wait for refund. Also does this company constitute a "third party", complicating the claim procedure? What a mess. Hope Met throw the book at paperticket et al.
