Hi
First time i've been on here all day, we've had a nightmare 24 hours. Our lo came down with a really high temperature last night and then was up most of the night because of it. Then today I managed to get an out of hours gp appointment and found out she's got tonsilitus! BUT the problem we have is that she won't take medicine, she never has and so we've never been able to give her calpol etc. I asked the doc for antibiotic tabs instead thinking i could crush them and add them to her food but that didn't work. I'm going to have to contact him tomorrow and get another prescription for anti b liquid but i know we'll never get it down her. Failing all that, she'll have to go into hospital on an iv anti b drip.
NOW IN COMPING SEMI-RETIREMENT!
