There was an item on our local news today about a British Legion poppy stall that's been in the same place for over 50 years, and has been moved by the local council for health & safety reasons. They reckon they're losing hundreds of pounds a day because they've been shoved out of the way round a corner. News were interviewing people who couldn't find the stall

Good news for me though - after winning a grand total of 2 x £1 prizes since Sept 1st, I've had a wem & 2 prizes just turn up today. Had thought about giving up comping at end of Nov, but will prob carry on now :D
well done!!!!! compers karma for defo!!!!

i had to get a new battery for my car:mad: £50 gone xxx
and they reckon my exhaust will fail my mot:mad: another £200 will be gone monday xxx not a happy bunny x:mad:

My head is completly messed up today guys!!!

OH has said he wants to come back and move back in!! !!!!!! do I do??? The first thing that crossed my mind was that I've have to start paying for everything again rather than OMG I've got my husband back!!! How bad is that!?!?!?!?!?

hun you need to both sit down and deside what to do (and slowly)work out the bills then see whos bring what in to the house that way you can then see who can afford to pay ect,so that way you both are providing as equals,
remember you have to give and take a little at the start and dont let him think hes won.keep having a nightout every other week and make time for you both on a sunday to have a walk in the park and have a talk.you both will be ok with time.just leave his mobile alone lol,xxx

  • OH's little boy has his birthday 14th December so we always wait until at least the day after to put the tree up. It keeps the focus on his special day then.

I have always loved Christmas so it's hard to be that restrained but I have gotten used to it. TBH can't think about it anyway as almost certain I will not have LO with me so the magic is gone. Didn't have her last year either and was one of those sad souls on MSE! LOL!

Can I come to yours Bella and play with your tree?!
But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!
