won dla appeal now what.

hi i won my appeal for dla on wednesday. i was awarded lrc and lrm. for which i have posted in a previous thread. my question is what would be the usual time i can expect to wait before i recieve my backdated payments.
also how long would i expect it to take for me to recieve my backdated income support support disability premium. i already recieve income support on the grounds of being a single mum. with a young child.
i also would like to know can the dwp appeal against the tribunals decision and is it common for them to do this or is it quite rare. im asking because my dad has offered to loan me money for a car. and ive seen one thats quite cheap but cant help worrying about taking up his offer in case for some reason i dont get the money. even though ive won. but at the same time i dont want to miss out on a bargain

The back dated payments are usually paid after 4 to 6 weeks.
The DWP can appeal against the decision if there has been an error in law but this is very rare.0
