    Hello:wave:

I'm hoping to get married next year - no date yet - and would like to be 10st. Not sure how much I have to lose yet, l think it will be bout 11lb as I've already lost a stone.

Thing is I'm an emotional eater and organising a wedding is definatly going to trigger me eating more. Plus December is a hard time to be good with all the parties

Do you mind if I join you? I'm on WeightWatchers and am thinking of swapping to the Core plan for a try. I've just re-started going swimming twice week.

  • I wanted to lose my first stone by christmas but have ended up putting almost a stone on instead!!!Now I have 4 stone I want to lose before I am measured for a dress and the wedding is 5th November this year.I would love to be a size 12 for my wedding and am an 18 now,do you think its possible to drop 3 dress sizes in 10 months?I want to look fab on my wedding day and cant imagine I will find anything which I will look good in at the size I am now. Also the smaller I am the more styles I will be able to choose from.I would love to get away with a fishtail style.
My plan is just to cut out anything which isn,t healthy from the menu and opt for the lower fat version of everything. No coffee creamer, infact maybe no coffee as I have heard that can make you retain water, drink loads of water and switch to herbal teas.
I walk lots anyway but will double that and must do some tummy and upper arm tighening exercises.
I could turn the shed into a gymn.

hi girls i lost loads of weight last summer. I had weetabix for breakfast, with skimmed milk. just took plain salads with some pickles on and low fat salad dressing to work with me, with a couple of slices of chicken or ham. make sure you remove all visible fat. i switched to sweetener in my tea and if i wanted a sprinkle on my weetabix. then for dinner id have a piece of fish or grilled chicken with half a baked potato.i also did a home aerobics dvd threee times a week. the weight fell off me. and i was never hungry, if i was id have loads of fruit. i have to admit the food was very boring though

i found that adding pickled beetroot or oinions etc was a nice way of adding more flavour to salads without adding calories.

I dont know exactly how much i need to lose as i never use scales. Im just going to see how things go, and keep eating healthily. Also im getting my wii sport and wii fit today so that should help. It will probably kill me doing it at first though lol.
