anyone used Itzala for blinds?

I bought a blind from Itzala's UK website, Roofblinds.co.uk. Despite what has been said by another contributor I feel this use of a UK web address and phone number is a deliberate attempt to mislead as the goods come from Hungary and you have to pay the full postage to return the goods.
We didn't like the colour when our blind arrived (very common problem online) 99% of online retailers are helpful and give you a way to return the goods with little or no cost.
Considering the nature of the products I would not use them again and would strongly recommend using a UK supplier, returns are an essential aspect of buying online and they sell large items that are expensive to ship back to Hungary. They also allow only 7 days for a return for refund, as we were on holiday immediately after the blind arrived we didn't have time to do that. A good company would give 28 days.

Roofblinds does have their Hungarian address on their website chrisrust, but they've very sneakily hidden it away in the terms and conditions.

On the feedback given from the posts regarding Itzala, I have ordered from loftblinds.co.uk, who are based in Chichester, UK. The Velux blackout blinds were £10 more than Itzala but still considerably cheaper than Velux themselves. Will post again with feedback regarding the service I receive from them.
