The disclosure policy for CRO/PNC is a matter of public record. I am stating unequivocally that the US authorities computer systems are not connected to the CRO/PNC records.
Don't rely on it. Lansbury, a regular poster to the newsgroup alt.travel.uk.air is employed in a function related to security at Heathrow airport. His posts in that newgroup have described how he and his colleagues routinely exchange information with their US counterparts.0 -

Not THE Lansbury - wow! Nice of him to share security details with all of us on the Web!!
Of course the US and UK authorities(and most other countries) share information about 'persons of interest' - be it terrorism or crime related.
It is also a matter of public record that, under a reciprocal arrangement, if the US authorities wanted information on, say, Chris Dawson, they have an entitlement to that data.(if it could be found!)
That is a very different matter to access to USA authorities having access to UK CRO records0
