Benefit Question...Please help!

I'm a father of two and i've been claiming for 4 years child benifit and Income support which in total is around £180 a week. I also claim housing benefit and council tax. I'm in rented accomidation which is around £525 a month. I have my rent paid for me in full and also council tax.
My question is, i've been with my current girlfriend for almost 2 years. She works full time on a wage of £1000 a month. She currently lives with her parents. She is now pregnant with my baby so she is thinking about moving in with me and my two children. If she was to move in what benefits would i lose and what benefits would we be intitled to claim.
Will i lose ALL my benefits and housing benefit and will my girlfriends income be all we will have to live on?
Any advice would be most welcome.

you will still get some benefits but not the full amount your getting now. they wont expect a family of 4 to live on £1k. you would still get the full amount of child benefit but the housing and council tax benefit would drop as it would be seen that there is now an income coming in. you would probably have to reclaim as a couple.
i have 2 children and work part time and i get a percentage of my rent and council tax paid. you might find that if she moves in your be better off getting a job (if you can) and claiming working family tax credit. i dont think your g/f would be able to claim this for your children but she will be able to once the baby is born.
i may not be 100% but i'm sure someone will come along and correct me
It only seems kinky the first time.. :A0 -

you will be treated as a couple, and as such her income will mean you cant claim I/S,you will still get family allowance and child tax credits,as for housing and council tax benefit, you will have to reapply on the basis of low income and should get something,if the £1000 a month is gross then you might also get WFTC0
