quick question on balance transfers

Does anyone know if you can do a balance transfer from another card if that card is in your spouses name only?

Most cards will allow you to do this (Cahoot don't); they don't care where the debt comes from, as long as you assume responsibility for it. That way they stand to make some money out of you.0
