We have mice! Earlier this evening DS saw one behind the freezer, and I've just been hearing noises behind me, looked around and there are two mice playing in the lounge :eek::eek:.

Tomorrow I'm going to find out how to make a mouse friendly trap so I can take them faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away and let them run around to their hearts content :rotfl::rotfl:. Meanwhile I'm off to bed - they're getting a bit too close for comfort :eek:.

Tag he's 5. I do think it could be lazyiness as he says it's sore to do it on the toilet but fine to do it in his pants, he's always had problems with that end spent 2 years with diarrea(sp) and was tested for celic as he wasn't putting any weight on or height. Will see what the doctor says tomorrow.

DD is the same age. If it hurts when he goes a chemist told me to put a bit of anusol ontiment (whoever thought that one up had a sense of humour:rotfl:) on her. Numbs it a bit. I have to say I was rather surprised by the suggestion, but it seemed to work. Whether that was a case of mind over matter at the time I don't know:confused:

Hope you have some joy at the doctors.

Dusty they usually say cook them or freeze them, if it can't be washed 120 degrees F or more, I just looked on a site and it said 100, then to freeze what they are on. Check carpet if it was on carpet aswell. I just don't iron, I put them all away usually without ironing, do it as I need it. I made some of these http://www.care2.com/greenliving/packing-those-sweaters-away-safely.html and they smell fab too. I used old cotton hankies.

Justamum awww, sorry I think they're wonderful critters, but never had one in the house. Erm, nice traps, what about this http://www.treehugger.com/files/2007/09/mouse_trap.php admittedly I'd buy one, but don't do what my Mam did and starved one :(

loopy hope your sis is ok, I have a massive fear of loosing mine, especially with Megan being elderly, I know I'll be in bits when she goes, even if she does my head in..
One day I might be more organised...........

Evening all, well forecast was wrong, not a drop of rain while we were there. Unfortunately I still got soaked on the Splash Battle ride which is a drive round with water guns sort of thing but it chucks water over you and people with other water guns can shoot you. Anyway good day had by all, DS1 only vanished once but was found by another family with us (great going with 3 coaches of people you know because more eyes in the park!!) I think we need about 2 days there again, maybe take the caravan there next year, kids loved it.

Anyway, I'm in, I think it's mainly evening/afternoon appointments/meetings next week so that should make things a bit easier. I need to rejig spaces and places because we need to put the caravan cushions and carpets somewhere after next week.

This evening I still need to make packed lunches, sort uniform and find DS2s homework.

    Welcome newbies!

Hey, we went on the splash battle, me and youngest DD.It was BRILLIANT, we got so soaked we had to stand in the giant people dryer. Got photo's on myspace of us.:D
