Well I always dust first then hoover, but my friend (yes I do have one!) swears by the other way round, hoover then dust.

Windows I always start at the top and work down, better still if I can get someone else to do them!!

What is this doctors you all watch is it a day time soap telly prog?? as I have not seen or heard of it! maybe cos I am always working.........

I don't have a system for dusting - I just get my pledge duster and flick it round everywhere.

Yes, Doctors is a daytime soap. It's the only thing I watch regularly, and hardly watch anything else, so it's my little indulgence!

Inspired by Dustys comments re moths I cleared out the airing cupboard during my HHC. All tidy now but any moths foolish enough to go in there would have choked to death on the lavender I forgot I had put in a couple of months ago to dry. Smells like an old ladies knicker drawer in there. Now I need to think of something to do with a washing up bowl full of dried lavender heads, and hoover the rest off the bathroom carpet asap.

Sarahshattered Im in the process of quitting smoking, hence the cravings and the tight chest.

WELL DONE YOU!!!!! It's so horrible giving up, but for what it's worth, whenever I had a craving I would literally change the subject in my head, like... 'right what am I going to think about instead? ' Whether it was making a glass of water, or picking up a book, watching something on tv... it was pre-children and flylady... now I'd have loads to distract me!

How long have you done.... oh, hang on, I remember now, about your patches.... Have you actually stopped now? :)

I'm mortified!!!! A new client has just phoned me up and made an appointment for next week. She was really impressed by all the treatments I did and the training i've had. She then phoned back to get a price and as I put the phone down I meant to say 'lovely' but it came out as 'love you'!!! OMG I hope she didn't hear me........:o :rotfl:

I guess if she phones and cancels then she heard me!!!!
