I need to tackle my elec/gas tomorrow - if change before the end of the week then the 1st Sept price rise won't apply to the last bill so that is my deadline.

I hope you've all been paying attention:
    • Make sure you read your meters and provide readings to your suppliers regularly (I suggest once a month, although because I do iMeasure, I submit weekly)
    • Use your annual consumption (accurate) not your DD (at worst estimate, at best average) to compare
    • Remember pricing varies by region so what your friends tell you is best may not work
    • You should be able to get cashback for switching
    • Check every quarter that you're on the best tariff... and if you can't be bothered to switch supplier, make sure that you're on the best tariff with your current supplier (online, monthly DD are usually best)
    • If you're receiving benefits of any kind or are over 70 check out the social tariffs available - this will involve phonecalls and maths
    • Only commit to a fixed rate if you can't deal with the regular switching... prices are unlikely to show a long-term downward trend
    • If you're on prepayment meters, do what you can to get rid of them...
Obviously if you chose the option that pays my salary, so much the better :D but this won't be the best deal for all of you.

    Hi

Still no flying:rolleyes: but dailies done.

I did sit and play with playdough with Ds2 for an hour, then he wanted to do sticking so we did that too. After that i read my book for a bit and not a lot else really.

I hope you all have a great time tomorrow at the Meet. I'm gutted i can't come but it's too far. I can't wait to see the pics.

I'm up for a SWales meet though.

Hugs for Serena and your DD i hope she feels better soon.

technically yes, they're supposed to sign model release (I used to work in publishing...) ... but then again, if that was enforced, facebook would have been shut down a long time ago :D And we know Valli has had her hair cut specially, so she'll look good in case Tom sees her pic ;)
