That's a nice plan Denise I wish I could believe it could happen- funnily enough, the owners were saying that they are eventually going to sell - there are four old coastguard cottages in a terrace which they let out and there's a lot of land so I think I may need to write several successful books before I can afford the place!

    Hi Soappie

Glad you had a good time, might me worth asking the owners to give you first refusal when they decide to sell, you never know with them saving agents fees the price could be more attractive :)

    Morning all,

just finished brekkiewatching a couple of deer in the field across from the bottom of the garden, it was lovely just watching them grazing about, the fact its blowing a gale and chucking it down didnt damper the moment, girls are still watching them so going to try a HHC 10-10.30 if anyone else wants to join in?

Looking at the land and location AnW I suspect they'd probably want half a mill to a mill for it. Wayyyy beyond my reach!

In my HHC (which turned into an hour so you were not on your own JJef) I put the WM on, emptied the DW, cleaned the fillers and put on a cleaning wash, I sorted the clothes from the TD. DH has gone to get some wood to fill in the hole in the kitchen ceiling/our BR cupboard floor where the second staircase was so I have removed the carpet, some very old lino and henryed the remaining muck. Quite excited about this as this is the first step to our en suite! Later on I have to knock down a wall with a lump hammer

Greenbee I went on the comparison sites for house insurance, I only needed contents, cheapest for me was Norwich Union at £102.....on Quidco they were offering £70 cashback! So I bought it through there. This years house insurance once that is paid (possibly take a few months but has validated) cost me the grand sum of £32! I paid that a month a few years ago.

Well so much for no work today, DS2 soaked the bed last night so either today or tomorrow (before DP comes up to stay and we need the additional bed) I will have to take the seat pad home to vax it, wash the throw etc. I am so pleased we're not far from home. Got woken up 3 times through the night as DS1 kept falling out of bed aswell, something he's never done before. So sat here yawning my head off!

I keep loosing my connection, so pleased I copied that lot before sending. Need to go do the water bottles in a mo as I just left it last night, find my gloves first because it's cold.
One day I might be more organised...........
