Justamum-have you checked that you haven't got any loose cereal/oats laying around s that may be something that is drawing them into your kitchen. They may well have nibbled a hole in one of the boxes :nono:

It doesn't help having a toddler who likes to leave a trail of crumbs wherever she goes . We did find some fruit with large bits bitten out of them (we have our fruit in a three layered vegetable trolley in the kitchen).

I'm on a mission today to clean up any stray crumbs. "We will fight them in the kitchen, we will fight them in the lounge . . ."

Justamum –Poor you, I hate those meeces to pieces. It is the shock of seeing them that makes you scream I think. Ours don’t seem to have come back yet this year. I wonder if those ultra sonic scare thingies are any good? Have you thought about getting a cat?

We used to have a neighbour with one of those ultra sonic things. It used to drive me mad - I thought they were supposed to be aimed at animal hearing.

I would love to get a cat, but my DH and DS are both allergic so that's out of the question. I wonder where I can buy a python? :rotfl:

Right, this is getting me nowhere. Off to clean. See you all later.

Tell me about it. I know exactly what you mean with regards to the crumbs. My DD is the same,

Did I say that I got full marks on the first two assignments? Shocked because it was mood boards and technical drawings – I can’t draw and I have absolutely no taste. Really pleased with myself and looking forward to the rest of the course a lot more now. Not as impressive as GnB and the algebra score though – congratulations!
Full marks in two assignments you did not feel comfortable with is a great achievement.
    Well done!!

Toots it's great but I've been buying for weeks (bits and pieces) so I'm in real danger of sickening myself (been done before  ) I've got Christmas on the brain but I just can't help myself....think I'm making up a bit for last year too when I ws below the poverty line never mind on it, so  what can you do.....It's not hurting anyone I suppose.

    Drat! did I miss the HHC.....shame :D

justamum All mine were crumb trail leavers and I'd like to say it gets better but it doesn't they're 24/19/16 and 8 now and they still leave a trail of devastation behind them....teenies the worst, it only stays clean and tidyish because 2 don't live at home anymore and the other 2 are out all day
