Nationwide Autocentre: Free AA membership offer with service - anyone had it?

Had my car serviced at start of Sept at Nationwide autocentre near to my work.

When booking online the service came with ther offer of free basic AA cover for a year, my confirmation e-mail stated that I had booked service with AA membership offer.

When collecting car and paying I asked centre manager about the offer - he said he had never heard about it and that I should contact head office.

I am in contact with a woman who deals with publicity at head office and she promised to get the centre I went to to send me my "AA pack"...still nothing, I will phone again tomorrow.

Just wondering if anyone has received anything as a result of this offer?

Yes I've got the AA cover, the man gave me a pack when I paid at the garage; you phone the AA number and give them the code on the pack.
