Boiler has stopped working....

Got a combi boiler, around 3 years old, and this aft its decided to 'die'... the pressure bar has dropped to around 0.4 and as such, no heating, although water is getting slightly warm.

We've followed what the instructions imply to do to get the pressure up to no avail, now stuck and don't know what to do and don't wanna call someone out if its a simple thing.

Any advice?

It will not work if there is not enough water pressure in the boiler.

It is only a matter of opening one (or at the worst two) valves to re pressure it.

There should be guidance in instructions.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.
