uswitch
I recently used uswitch to see if I could get cheaper gas and electricty, it came up with npower as a cheaper option, not a problem you might think, but I am already with npower, so if I attempt to switch will I get the cheaper rate as an existing customer or will they reject my application? Has anyone else experienced this, this is the second time this has occured.

If you are an existing customer you can switch to the new tariff but not through uswitch. You would have to do it through npower.0

This happened to me back in Februaury 2008, after about 5 emails they relunctantly changed my tariff, but it was successful I just had to keep sending emails through their website.0 -
This happened to me back in February 2008, after about 5 emails they relunctantly changed my tariff to sol 10. I have now realised they have a newer tariff sol 13 and have posted a thread to see if anybody knows what the price difference would be as I think it would be a battle to get thjem to change it again. Its a shame that existing customers are not automatically given the best deals.0
