My printer has stopped work please help

I have changed the ink cartridges today after having them re-filled at shop yesterday but when I put them in the E is flashing on the top and is highlighting a cartridge error does anyone have any idea why? I have tried putting them in countless times now, they only go in one way and until yesterday they were fine except there was no print obviously. I really need to print some work off today aarrggghhhh

Help much appreciated :)

  • the carts are chipped and report that they are empty, dont cheat take them back and ask to be reset to full or buy a laser, it's what you really want.
