Best company for long and short term savings

Im looking to start 2 savings accounts.

I would need 1 where i can access the money online, preferably one with online banking as well. The other i would like a high intrest savings, but i wont need access to.

I plan on using the short term, to put any money in for things like doing up the house.

The long term for just general savings, incase anything happens or towards a car or something. When its needed.

Dont know if it matters, but im currently with Natwest. Maybe they offer good ones...i'll look into that. The long term wont have much at all to start off with. Under £5k in the first 2 years...unless i win the lottery!

Thanks
