Baxi Platinum boiler - any good and sources to buy?

Hi,
I have been recommended to get a Baxi Platinum boiler because it comes with a five year parts and labour guarantee.
Please can anyone comment on this type of boiler and whether it is a good buy or others I might consider? It is for a 3 bedroom house with 10 radiators in total and one bathroom.
Also does anyone know any trade/discount retailers for boilers that I could get some price comparisons from?
I've had a quick look online and there seem to be 4 different types, a 24HE, 28HE, 33HE and 40HE - does anyone know what the difference is between these - I guess they are lower/higher capacity for bigger/smaller houses, but I'm not sure.
