Hi, we have just bought a new tele for our bedroom, it has freeview installed on it, on our old tele, the Sky channel was 6, auto tuned in the new tele, and Sky has now disappeared, can't find it, have looked everywhere, any help or advice please

Hows it connected? Most skys are connected via a SCART cable (meaning you should find it on the AV selection of your tv)
If its just connected via the aerial (BAD quality) ~ then you need to auto scan for the channel through ANALOGUE (IF your tv is equiped to receive analogue).ie ~ NOT freeview:idea:0 -
