thanks h2h for car value. its actually less than i thought, but as i owe finance on it anyway won't any potential buyer find that out and obviously not be interested in it? can't the debt coll agency reposess it, although they seem reluctant to take it off me?

hi all, after emailing cab no reply after weeks so went to office but they wouldn't give me an appointment said i had to come back at drop in times. so will go this week. is there any other place/phone i could also try?

some of my creditors haven't been able to contact me as i moved, those that have i paid a token payment to but stopped this month as i hoped to go br. that doesn't look likely cos of car probs but if cab sort something out how do i find account nos and addresses etc for creditors as i've lost all details and paperwork now?

also should i resume paying token payments? will they arrest my benefit money or freeze bank account? if so how long does that take and would they have to inform me first?
